Die-cutting and plotter cutting are post-processing technologies that allow th e creation of products with custom shapes, contours, and details — from simple round sticker discs to complex shaped packaging designs.

Automatic die-cutting with die forms for large runs. The process uses:

Die-cutting for the "Tiegel" from A3 to B1 format, suitable for cutting products from a wide range of materials, from thin adhesive paper to thick (kraft) rigid cardboard, as well as plastic.

Heidelberg Cylinder from A2 to B2 format is mainly used for die-cutting paper and cardboard products.

BOPU die-cutting from A3 to B1 format for die-cutting products made of paper, cardboard, (kraft) rigid cardboard, and corrugated cardboard.

600-ton press, using special rubber and die forms — enables cutting of complex shapes.
Digital plotter cutting
A flexible solution for small and medium runs without the need for die creation. The process uses:

Plotters with automatic feeding and removal, with plotter material sizes ranging from A5 to B2 format.

Plotters with automatic feeding, with plotter material sizes up to 1500x2400mm.

Large-format roll plotter with a width of 1300mm.
